We are currently seeking for a Mid-Level Legal Counsel to work in our Moscow office (no remote work, no hybrid schedule, strictly at office). The main criteria is English law knowledge.Responsibilities: Drafting and amending sale-purchase agreements for oil products and fertilizers, as well as storage, agency, assignment and other agreements; Handling corporate services: setting up and liquidating companies, maintaining corporate documents, renewing business licenses, tenancy agreements, etc. in various jurisdictions (UAE, Hong Kong, African countries, Turkey, Russia); Handling Know-Your-Customer, AML, sanctions procedures; Managing claims; Keeping records of concluded contracts, KYC; Providing legal research for and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel. Qualifications: BA in Russian law; LLM or BA in common law is a plus; Relevant experience in oil and gas industry, fertilizers, grain trading is a plus; Proficient in English, Russian languages; Proficient in MS Office.
