We help more than 3 million users every month across 9 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Now, we are expanding our team and looking for a Performance marketing specialist What You’ll Be Doing: Creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads for international markets (Europe, Asia, Latin America). You’ll need to dive deep into different types of campaigns to get the best results. Managing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS, constantly optimizing spending based on campaign stages and performance data. Detailed analysis of metrics at every stage of the funnel (from clicks to conversions), using analytics tools to adjust campaigns based on data. Regularly testing formats, ideas, and creatives to improve ad performance and effectiveness. Analyzing competitors and adjusting strategies based on local market conditions and adapting your approach accordingly. Our Expectations: 3+ years of experience as a PPC or Performance Manager, focusing on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Experience with Bing, TikTok, Snapchat, or other platforms will be a plus. Experience working in international markets (Europe, Asia, Latin America). Ability to adjust budgets based on performance metrics and ensure maximum efficiency. Experience in analyzing metrics, running A/B tests, segmenting audiences, and making data-driven decisions. Strong knowledge and experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI — you should know how to use these tools to deeply analyze and optimize campaigns. Experience in the financial sector (banks, microfinance institutions) is a big plus.
