What we DO NOT offer: Routine of everyday HR administration Stress-free working days Our HR Manager can be described as: Efficient in self-management and organizing others Keen to keep things in order and develop internal documents Good in big data and information management Person obtaining strong knowledge of C&B and labor legislation Excellent in verbal and written communication (Fluent English is a must) Team player, multicultural profile Person understanding in the field of Hotel and Travel Industry Person who has a "can-do" mentality and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills Experience in implementing digital solutions will be an advantage Overview of Duties: Ensure legal & corporate compliance in HR related areas for support office & subsidiaries using internal and external expertise; Fully responsible for HR related reporting; Fully responsible for managing HR outsource; Fully responsible for administrating benefits & reward; Fully responsible for migration support to foreign employees; Provide HR support for GMs in mobility; Contribute to C&B improvement in the region, participate in Hay compensation survey; Contribute to creating and delivery of HR solutions; Work closely with the whole HR team in the region, organize sharing best practices within the network; Provide administrative support in T&C related matters. Key Mission: The key mission of the position is to bring value to the Accor network in Russia, Georgia & CIS through facilitating of best practices sharing, mitigation legal risks and developing/deploying up-to-date HR procedures and solutions
