We are seeking a motivated Online Sales Agent to join our Call Center team specializing in tobacco products for the B2C segment in the USA market. Responsibilities: Actively promote and upsell tobacco products to meet or exceed sales targets Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on their preferences Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote and sell tobacco products Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing American clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Requirements: 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent of Call Center in B2C online sales, preferably with an international market Fluent English C1-C2 is a must-have, confirmed by certification.
