Accountabilities: Full responsibility for marketing strategy Collect and analyze consumer and market insights Organize and conduct frequent and timely reviews to ensure that the brand strategies are effectively and consistently implemented and to identify risks to brand performance due to competitors activities Identifies product gaps and incremental opportunities for growth and address them in effective cooperation with global team Implement new launches, maintain growth Manage brand budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy Lead and develop marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build IMC & adapt communication materials Work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines Trade marketing priorities planning and realization & In-store animation Requirements: Marketing skills set Very good analytical skills Excellent working knowledge of office system (PPT, Excel, Word) Nielsen knowledge Communicative, hardworking, ready to work in multitasking environment, high stress resistance, positive thinker, passionate
