Company Description Mettmann Public Company Limited, initially incorporated in Cyprus as a private limited liability company in 2019, was converted into a public limited company in 2022 to satisfy the CSE's requirement for admission. Headquartered in Limassol, the company operates as a Real Estate Private Equity firm, acquiring and developing investments in Cyprus, Montenegro, and Spain through various financial instruments. We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities: Legal support on issues related to dealing with banks, brokers (including accounts opening), regulators and authorities; Review and drafting of investment transactions documentation and other types of agreements; Preparation of Legal Opinions; DD of counterparties and suggested projects; Corporate support of a public company domiciled at Cyprus; Legal support of corporate matters (including registration procedures, licensing); Legal support of restructurings and advising on international business structuring. Requirements: Master degree in Law; 5+ years work experience with financial organization, investment company or family office dealing with international markets; Knowledge of Cypriot law, common law and international transactions regulations; Experience in contract drafting and legal support of real estate and equity transactions; Understanding of capital markets; Strong knowledge of AML; AML certificate (CySec) – as advantage; Expertise in listing process / coordination with CySec and the CSE – as advantage; Fluency in English is necessary; Proficiency in Russian, Greek, knowledge of Spanish, Romanian – considered as advantage; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented and organized approach to work; Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
