Job Description: Checking the Basic & FEED (Project Documentation) design and local regulation including PD verification for detail engineering along with risk management Finding major and key requirements for detail engineering from Basic & FEED (Project Documentation) design package, contract document, specification and standard, scope of work Finding any conflict, unclear requirement, mistake on specification, standard drawings and conceptual drawings in FEED package (Project Documentation) and clarification with Client Performance engineering work on Process equipment piping, interconnecting piping, utilities as per PID, Vendor documentation and assignments from other disciplines in accordance with applicable contractual procedures, project standards, piping and safety regulations. Attending the meeting on 3D model review and weekly & monthly progress etc. Preparation and issue of required documents for PD stage; Plot Plan in according to PID, safety requirements and Other discipline information, TK, TI marka documents, Safety cases for process pipelines, required technical assignments for the other disciplines. Review and management of 3D modelling, Iso drawings, Piping Drawings, Line List, Specification, BM/BQ with BM basis, Design basis, Engineering report(if required), Vendor print, Other discipline information for engineering, Material requisition, Subcontractors documents, Relevant Marka revision. Cooperated work with other discipline, engineering sub contractor and Site engineer for Field support. Interpretation of mail and letter in Russian. Adaptation work complying with Russian Regulation/Code. Response on query from Construction manager or Construction contractor at site. Management of doc. on field design changes (if required) Requirements: [Must] Bachelor, Master or Specialist / Process Piping engineering, Relevant majors on Marka TK&TI Fluent English as a communication language and Native speaker in Russian Min. 7 years relevant and similar experience in Process Piping engineering work including Field technical support Full and strong knowledge about Russian Regulation (FZ, RTN orders, GOST, SP Code etc.) for Piping engineering, Industrial safety. Experience in engineering of Marka TK &TI, relevant part of IOS (for PD stage) Successful completion of Industrial safety expert review, withdrawal of comments, resolution of all issues. [Preferred conditions] Experiences in EPC/EPCm Project on Oil & Gas Project in Russia and CIS country. Experience of cooperated working with foreign company as RDI. Experiences in education or residence in Korea, if any.
