As a Sales Manager or Retention Manager, you will take a role in the sales integrations by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing journey. You’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to build rapport, deal with objections, and ultimately convert prospects into satisfied clients. Responsibilities: • Engage with leads via phone to understand their requirements and preferences; •Educate prospects about our products/services, highlighting key features and benefits; •Build trust and credibility by providing personalised recommendations and solutions; •Overcome objections and address concerns to alleviate any hesitations during the process; •Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads; •Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM system. Requirements: •English language C1 •Understanding of financial markets; •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; •Previous experience in client retention or account management; •Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
