We are creating a global infrastructure that eliminates cause of plastic and aluminum pollution: collecting bottles and cans for recycling before they become waste, hence becoming an essential part of circular economy. Responsibilities Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way within the Global division (EMEA, APAC, SEA, LATAM, Africa); Ensure compliance with international regulations; Formulate strategic and operational objectives of global operations; Build relationships with global vendors and waste management companies to define terms, overseeing the collection process, and ensuring quality control of operations; Equipment efficiency management; Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency; Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices; Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability; Manage budgets and forecasts; Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs; Recruit, train and supervise staff; Direct report to the Head of Operations at Ecoplatform.
