We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO to join our dynamic team team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy, team-focused, and results-driven professional. Responsibilities Craft SEO strategy that will be aligned with the business interests and values. Ability to prioritize according to potential benefits, but also complexity. Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, ensuring they are efficient in execution of SEO tasks. Conduct data-informed research to identify content gaps, opportunities and growth hacks, prioritizing based on business potential and SEO demand. Optimize website content, landing pages, and other digital assets to enhance visibility and rankings on search engines. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and brand marketing to integrate SEO best practices into all digital efforts. Stay current on SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues. And remember, we’re creating products for people. Keep SEO efforts non-intrusive and ensure they don't compromise user experience. Requirements 8+ years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search visibility and drive growth. Strong expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRush, HubSpot, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. Demonstrated experience in keyword research, content optimization, and SEO reporting. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (native or equivalent).
