Responsibilities: Develop, implement and further optimize paper and electronic document management system, maintain registers of incoming and outgoing, internal and external correspondence and financial documents Distribute and supervise document management tasks Monitor structured storage and timely archiving of business correspondence and financial documents Control and monitor the process of checking payment requests and their timely registration in Company's information systems Supervise and monitor the processes related to the maintenance of contract register Ensure timely compilation of documents to respond to tax authorities' requirements and audit inquiries Supervise and monitor the processes related ton purchase requests for the department Supervise and monitor document approval processes in OpenText, 1C: Document management, Kontur.Dialog and other information Systems of the Company Generate, review and adjust statistical reports for the management on a regular basis or as requested. Requirements: University degree in Administration, Economics At least 4 years of previous administrative support experience or entry level accounting At least 2 years of managerial experience Verbal and written English at least at Upper-Intermediate level Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), 1C, Kontur, Diadoc.
