Our client is a multinational company specialising in the construction of QA/QC Engineer. We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with (mandatory) Data Centre experience for a project in Tashkent. Duties: Quality Planning: Develop and implement a project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and project requirements. Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC plan in line with Tier 3 data centre standards and the Project Management Consultancy's (PMC) requirements. Establish and maintain project quality objectives, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (ISO, LEED, Uptime Institute, etc.). Prepare and maintain relevant QA/QC documentation such as quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists. Oversee material testing, inspection processes, and coordinate with third-party testing laboratories as needed. Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and relevant regulations. Conduct regular inspections of ongoing construction activities, including civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Monitor and verify that all project work is performed according to approved designs, specifications, and best practices for Tier 3 data centres. Identify and report any quality issues, non-conformities, or deviations, and work closely with contractors and project teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality-related activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), test records, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC documentation, including records of inspections, test results, and certifications. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports to the project management team and client. Ensure that quality records are properly archived for future reference and certification processes. Material & Equipment Verification: Inspect and verify that all materials and equipment delivered to the site meet the required specifications and quality standards before use. Testing & Commissioning Support: Coordinate and supervise testing and commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, and civil systems, ensuring all tests are completed in accordance with project requirementsПохожие вакансии
