We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Specialist with macOS experience to join our team and assist our students and staff with their technical needs. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or coursework in IT or related field is a plus); Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of macOS operating systems, mobile operating systems iOS; basic knowledge of command-line interface, network protocols: SMB, FTP, HTTP, IMAP, SMTP, SSH; Maintain inventory of macOS servers/computers and iOS devices, as well as peripherals, software, printers, and A/V equipment; Install, repair, and maintain computer software, hardware, interactive projectors in a multiple operating system environment Apple and mobile device provisioning and management; Create documentation and knowledge articles on best practices both internally for entire school community and IT Department; Provide end-user help desk support to students and staff members; Upper intermediate English with good communication skills. Responsibilities Provide end-user help desk support to students and staff members; Troubleshooting client devices issues; Document user interactions and technical problems in the ticketing system; Managing and configuring client devices: desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones; Administrating mobile device management software (JAMF) Keeping printers and scanners up and running; Managing device repairs; Conditions Work in the international company and professional development in multicultural environment; Employment in according with Russian legislation; Competitive salary and compensation package; Annual performance related bonus; Health Insurance after successfully completing probation period; Free breakfasts and lunches; 28 calendar days holiday; Working schedule 5/2, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., short hours during school holiday.
