Position: Secretary (at Reception) Reports to: Administrative Manager Main responsibilities: Answering telephone calls Meeting guests and suppliers Provide secretarial support to HR department Ordering stationery Work with financial documents Landlord relations Work with incoming and outgoing mail Requirements to a candidate: Higher education Work experience for at least 6 months Foreign languages: English – upper intermediate Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Team-player, excellent communication skills, punctual, friendly, accurate, active business attitude Salary & Benefits: Salary depends on experience and will be discussed individual 5/2, shift work schelude, 3 possible options: 08.00 -17.00, 09.00 -18.00, 10.00 - 19.00 Convenient office location (m.Belorusskaya).
