Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Participates in planning and generating the candidates’ pipeline for open IT vacancies; Reviews and evaluates resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements; Screens and selects the candidates for open positions; Administrates candidates’ and recruitment process database, provides regular feedback to the candidates; Conducts interviews with the candidates and coordinates further interview process with hiring managers; Files all available data on the candidates and interview; Performs reference and background checks for potential employees. Requirements: At least 3 years of recruitment experience; Experience of participation in successful IT recruitment projects; English - Intermediate+. Conditions: Fixed-term contract (6-12 months); Competitive salary; Remote or Hybrid work conditions.
