You will see how the processes work in big companies and will take part in them: Plan and align Retail Field Force budget (month / quarter / year) Plan, control and report about Retail Field Force budget spend Budget allocation and processing in SAP and other corporate systems Prepare and process documents and contracts of SERC with 3d parties Track, analyze and timely inform the management about budget optimization possibilities We expect You At least 1 year relevant experience as budget coordinator Advanced at Excel and experienced in SAP/ 1C/ other ERP To be a team player To be attentive to details If You are ready to take the chance we offer for You: Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (labor contract), white wages Extended social package: VHI (from the first day of work), compensation for mobile communications, discounts on corporate products after the trial period, corporate canteen Work schedule with flexible start: 5/2, flexible start and end of the working day, the employee chooses the start of working hours from 7 to 10 am (office work format).
