Обязанности:

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer for our client - leading international company in the oil transportation sector. With a strong presence in global markets and rapid growth, this organization is seeking talented individual to support its expanding operations. Headquartered in Dubai, the company is at the forefront of energy logistics. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users regarding their computer systems, hardware, or software. This role includes in-person and online support to ensure all users can utilize their systems effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support: Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configurations. Walk users through problem-solving processes. Follow up with users to ensure issues have been resolved. Support the roll-out of new applications. 2. Remote Support: Provide remote support to users in different locations as required. Use remote desktop tools to resolve issues. Ensure effective communication with users during the remote support process. 3. System Maintenance: Ensure all user workstations are working efficiently. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Maintain and upgrade system software as needed. 4. User Training and Documentation: Provide user training and guidance on new software and systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. 5. Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of user data and systems. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data protection. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2. Experience: Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. 3. Technical Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS environments. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. 4. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Patience and a customer-oriented attitude Ability to travel to other locations for on-site support if necessary What we offer: Official employment with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
