The Role: Lead and manage a team of marketing and product managers, collaborating closely with sales and other departments to ensure overall organizational success. Work with senior leadership to make key business decisions on budgeting and strategic direction. Develop and execute the marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing mix in alignment with international brand guidelines, while maintaining adherence to the marketing budget. Drive advertising and promotional activities to build and strengthen the brand, enhancing its image to attract customers. Manage online and offline campaigns, creating strategies to both acquire new customers and retain existing ones, while delivering high-quality content that meets international standards. Lead the development of new products and services, ensuring marketing strategies align with the company’s objectives and global standards. Establish, implement, and ensure the efficiency of end-to-end processes. Oversee a comprehensive product launch process, including product data management, and ensure the successful introduction of innovative products. Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing activation tools across different touchpoints, conducting store checks and customer surveys as needed. Drive the creation of promotional and in-store communication tools based on a deep understanding of shopper and retailer behavior. Commission market research to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights that support business growth. Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of retailer and wholesale market dynamics, trends, and business models. Extensive experience in brand management and marketing, with knowledge of consumer purchase funnels, decision-making processes, and triggers/barriers to purchasing. Business proficiency in Russian and English, knowledge of Uzbek would be a plus. Excellent communication skills, with a talent for precise language and writing. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams, both in-person and digitally. Interest in technology and technical products, though formal technical training is not required. Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. Online marketing experience is preferred. Experience in market analytics and working with data-driven insights to leverage across retailers, channels, and countries. Ability to develop, conceptualize, and execute marketing strategies from brief to implementation and evaluation. Familiarity with Category Management practices is a plus.
