Role: Market Research: Perform comprehensive research to identify potential clients, emerging market trends, and the competitive landscape. Client Acquisition: Design and execute strategic plans to attract new clients, particularly in industries such as plastics, paints, and paper. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Sales Strategy Development: Partner with the sales team to create effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of calcium carbonate products and their applications, working closely with marketing, sales, and production teams. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align business strategies and ensure product offerings meet evolving market needs. Candidate: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the chemicals or materials industry, with a preference for expertise in calcium carbonate. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and identify key trends. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Teamwork & Independence: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Commercial Acumen: In-depth understanding of retail and wholesale market dynamics, business models, and trends. Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English and Russian. Uzbek would be a plus.
