Our client, international pharmaceutical company with Rx and OTC portfolio is in search of Finance Business Partner. Main responsibilities: The Finance Business Partner (FBP) provides holistic financial support to the market she/he is in charge of, in order to ensure achievement of business objectives, focusing on growth and transformation. The FBP aims at maximizing growth and profitability of growth assets as well as cash generation (notably through flawless execution of divestments). She / He ensures focus on bold new approaches (e.g. digital), promotes innovation, speed and agility to reach these objectives. The FBP works in partnership with local and global teams to steer the business, leveraging best practices sharing and scale up, giving opportunities for people to develop new skills and gain diversified experience. The FBP ensures that all the above is done in compliance with good internal control practices. As part of her / his main responsibilities, the FBP: Contributes to the business value creation by working closely with Business heads. Challenges the status quo aiming at improving efficiency in the way we do business. Provides commercial and financial decision support aligned with strategic priorities and contributing to the Pharma Eurasia strategy. Identifies proactively financial risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions to close gaps where they are required. Ensures the consistency of macro-economic hypothesis in the planning / budgeting / forecasting processes. Is accountable for the performance (beyond budget tracking) to identify risks and opportunities to dynamically re-allocate resources in the business she/he is in charge of. Prepares forward looking analyses, focusing not only on past performance, but also foreseeing Risks & Opportunities in coming quarters/years with action plan proposals in order to ensure target achievements. Co-pilots and challenges the business investments and resources allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures and operational analysis. Is responsible for defining, implementing and managing the Controlling processes within its perimeter and ensuring that Internal Control requirements are met. Works with business and finance teams to deliver simplifications and BOI through global and local divestments initiatives. Develops accurate financials for the forecasts, budget, strat plan processes that reflect the business strategy. Coordinates with key internal stakeholders across various discipline and groups. Ensures right level of financial communication and alignment with Business / Finance stakeholders. Supports the change management to drive transformation within the business she/he is in charge of. About you Education: BA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar Experience and skills: Deep business acumen and detailed market knowledge. Multicultural experience from the international environment. Demonstrated inclusive leadership to serve as a leader among peers. Strategic thinking: Anticipate future trends, “what if scenarios”, deal with complexity, build a comprehensive business strategy. Strong communication skills to build commitment, create adherence and interact efficiently with senior leaders and peers. Excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects as well as work effectively with cross-functional partners. Ability to drive process improvement and change initiatives across the organization. Excellent team player. Very good analytical skills to challenge and detect risks, draw the big picture and propose remediation or improvement actions. Language: Russian. Fluent in English.
