Senior System Analyst Exp : 5+Language : English(b2) + Russian (Native)mandatory exp : Trading PlatformsLocation : Global Except(Russia)Responsibilities Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for B2Trader trading platform. Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to understand and define system requirements. System Design: Design and create system specifications, architecture diagrams, and data models for mobile applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solutions. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Document system workflows and processes. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases based on the system requirements. Assist in the testing phase, providing guidance to QA engineers and ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers. Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve technical and non-technical challenges that arise during the development process. Provide innovative solutions to address complex business problems related to the project Obligatory Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field. Strong mathematical background. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar System Analyst role. Previous exposure to fintech projects is highly desirable. Experience in creating technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams (uml, drawio). Strong analytical abilities to assess complex integration requirements and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and understanding code in C#, Java, or C++ programming languages. Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
