Job Description: 1. Ensuring the vital activity of the office and other divisions of the company in Russia (ordering stationery, furniture, pantry) 2. Ordering guest passes. Meeting visitors, organizing tea/coffee, preparing meetings and events. 3. Control of suppliers responsible for delivery of employees, catering of employees. 4. Supervising the work of cleaning staff in the office. 5. Control of proper condition of office equipment, furniture, communications. 6. Participation in other HR projects (assistance in recruiting, T&D or team buildings). Job Requirement: 1. Master degree 2. Experience in HR/Office management 3. English fluent 4. Chinese - preferable 5. Responsible, good communication skills, PC user (Excel power point or other app for posters creation)Administrative assistant/ Coordinator (HR Department)
