Main Responsibilities: Lead & execute digital strategy of the brand: Strategy development with holistic recos follow up, new channels of communication development (Test & learn approach) Excellent implementation: - Media plan adjusting and validation, campaign effectiveness management (incl. PBA) - Control of budget, production of landing pages, creatives delivery control in time\in full - Digital special projects management - SEO \ SEA (incl.ecom) - Digital Media KPI execution Digital ecosystem: own brand ecosystems development & execution with effective consumers & customers journey (B2B & B2C) & customer centricity Digital brand budget control & optimisation Analytical tools widely usage (GA, YA, ecom, internal tools) Key KPIs: - Brand turnover - Brand awareness - for Media campaigns: reach, CTR, VTR, CR, eng. impressions etc. - Website KPIs (traffic, BR, ranking in SEO, search) Main requirements: - Experience in digital sphere (media planning, SMM, SEO etc) - Strong communication skills, ability to orchestrate all business partners & suppliers - Good organisational skills and multi-tasking - Data driven decision making & critical thinking approach - English – Upper-Intermediate
