Requirements No US tax experience is necessary, however, the ideal candidate will have excellent English skills and a general background in accounting or finance. The type of person that is normally successful at this role is great with technology, self-motivated, and willing to research the tax code prior to asking for assistance. Workload We have one main busy period each year between February and April where we will ask that you work extended hours and a minimum of 6-day workweeks.
