Key responsibilities: Managing and overseeing all financial activities within administrative expense part and corporate budget Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards and Group Norms Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures Working closely with other departments to provide financial insight and advice Conducting financial risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Business plan construction for corporate operations (leasing, rent, etc.) CAPEX corporate costs management and assessment Act as a liaison between the finance department and the rest of the organization, communicating financial information to stakeholders Management and supervision of local team of controllers Key requirements: Proven work experience as a Business Controller, Financial Controller or similar role >5 years, and team management experience Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures Experience with financial software and systems , SAP user is a must Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Ability to communicate and present financial information to Top Management and non-financial colleagues Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI is a plus English - Upper-Intermidiate level is a must BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus Professional certification (e.g. CMA, CPA) is a plus We offer: Competitive salary (is discussed with a candidate) Career development opportunities Medical insurance Life insurance Fitness compensation (partial) Free lunches Ability to work from home 2 times a week (Hybrid)
