We search for a candidate inspired by scouting and assessment of the new therapeutical options, ready to contribute to and drive the process of bringing innovations to the market, who feels him/herself accountable (more than just responsible) for the transition and the final result which in alignment with the Group’s patients centricity mission means the number of patients having access to treatment. Position’s Mission Right products into the hands of the right people at right time. Expectations: Creates an increased business and customer knowledge on new innovative treatment options available or in development Worldwide to better serve patients’ needs and contribute to the Company business sustainability and growth; Acts as a catalyst to prepare a sound insights & data-driven ecosystem in relevant therapeutical areas (Rare and Specialty Care) as well as actionable recommendations for the Company to be fully-equipped for in time informed strategic business decisions making; via: proactive personal position to search for insights and find the reason behind and solution; supported by: 360 degree view on the topic; deep understanding of the RU Pharma market (channels, regulation, pricing, trends); deep knowledge of the analytical sources of information (iQvia, Cursor/Headway, RNC, Ipsos etc.); robust products commercial potential assessment and forecasts development (business cases, including patients’ models and P&L, localization need and depth of localization, ensuring cross-functional expertise captured and data cross-check); clear and transparent for internal clients presentations of products and its sales potential accompanied with clear conclusions and recommendations rooted in short and long-term impact on the business; commercial terms and licensing agreements negotiations and development. Requirements: higher education, preferably in biologics, medicine, sociology, economy, finance; 5+ years of experience in market research & analytics; prominent level of curiosity; strong analytical skills; English: upper-intermediate/ advanced/ fluent; helicopter view well-balanced with right level of the attention to details; advanced level of soft-skills (ability to lead w/o authority, speak common language with non-analytical clients); result-oriented and critical thinking; permanent desire to improve, achieve higher goals and provide added-value; ability to have fun & pleasure while working over complicated challenging tasks requiring high-level of involvement, self-motivation and permanent self-education.Junior Business development manager
