Requirements:Higher financial education: Economics, finance, accounting.Experience in a senior financial position: Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.Deep knowledge of financial management: Budgeting, finance, risk management, tax planning analysis.Experience with sustainable energy sources: ERP systems, accounting systems.Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify changes and make decisions based on electronic data.Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, make independent decisions.Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with managers, investors, employees and company executives.
