As the Paid Marketing Lead at Nodemaven(Saas), you’ll take on a pivotal independent role, tasked with launching and managing a paid marketing channel from scratch. You’ll drive our marketing efforts, promoting high-quality proxy services in a dynamic startup environment. If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the team and expand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Independently launch and manage paid marketing channels to boost traffic and conversions. Set objectives, KPIs, and report on results. Develop and execute key hypotheses and experiments to achieve goals. Analyze data, provide insights, and optimize strategies. Scale the marketing team as business milestones are met. -Innovate and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced startup. Requirements 2+ years of marketing experience. Proven success in driving revenue and conversion rates. Experience in at least one paid marketing channel (PPC, media buying, or influencer marketing). Strong communication skills, C1-level English proficiency. Hands-on approach in launching and managing marketing channels independently. Flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment.
