We are launching a new niche perfume brand. Our fragrances are designed to evoke emotions and help people find beauty in every moment. As we prepare for our entry into key European markets, including the UK and Spain, we are looking for a talented Art Director / Creative Designer to lead the creation of the brand’s visual identity and conceptual materials. Position Overview: The Art Director / Creative Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts that support the unique and refined image of the brand. Your role will be to create aesthetically captivating and emotionally resonant creative solutions across both digital and print media. You will oversee all visual content, from packaging design to advertising campaigns and social media branding, ensuring consistency and uniqueness in the brand’s appearance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and other visual assets for the brand. • Create original, high-quality visuals that align with the brand’s premium positioning and identity. • Lead and manage designers and other members of the creative team, ensuring project cohesion and delivery. • Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to synchronize visual content with overall brand strategy. • Define and approve key branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and graphic assets. • Design visual assets for social media and online platforms that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling. • Stay on top of design trends and digital technologies to ensure that creative solutions are modern and relevant. • Ensure the quality and consistency of all visual materials, and establish design standards to maintain brand cohesion across all platforms. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Designer, or similar role, ideally within premium, fashion, or premium beauty product sectors. • A strong portfolio showcasing successful branding and creative campaigns. • Deep understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and current visual trends. • Experience working across multiple platforms and formats, including print, digital, and social media. • Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and translate them into visually compelling concepts that resonate with the target audience. • Strong project management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and product teams. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). • Creative vision and attention to detail that align with premium brand standards.
