We are launching a niche new perfume brand. As we expand into European markets, including the UK and Spain, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Lead to take charge of our online presence and digital marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, creative team. Position Overview: The Digital Media Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances the brand’s visibility, drives online engagement, and supports our launch in key markets. This role will manage all digital touchpoints, including social media, online advertising, and content distribution, ensuring consistency with the brand’s luxury image. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital marketing for luxury or beauty brands, and is adept at using data to optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a robust digital media strategy for the brand’s launch across European markets, with a focus on the UK and Spain. • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.). • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality, visually engaging digital assets that align with the brand’s premium identity. • Lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across digital platforms to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions. • Monitor and analyze digital performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI and optimize conversion rate. • Stay current on digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative online. • Collaborate with the PR and influencer teams to integrate digital efforts into broader brand strategies. • Manage digital marketing budgets and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Digital Media Lead, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably within luxury or beauty brands. • Strong understanding of European digital markets, particularly the UK and Spain. • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) and social media platforms. • Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and experience using data to optimize digital strategies. • Strong creative sensibility, with the ability to work closely with content and design teams to produce high-quality digital assets. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Spanish is a plus). • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing your time and deliverables effectively.
