YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE: Managing an operational team of payment coordinators (2/2 shifts, day and night shifts) Communicating with payment providers Managing payment traffic flow and ensuring stable conversion rates Integrating new payment providers Organizing testing of payment methods Searching for and attracting new payment providers WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE: 1 to 3 years of experience in operations (payments, risks, support) At least 2 years of experience managing an operational team Psychological resilience and ability to build trusting relationships with partners WHAT WE HAPPY TO OFFER: Competitive Salary: Will discuss individually with each candidate.
