We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to hiring American candidates for digital positions at Kozyra Media Group. Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment of American candidates for digital positions (from the first touch to entering a new employee); Conducting interviews in English; Close collaboration with the company's hiring managers; Labor market analysis in the USA. Requirements: English language proficiency - C1 level (experience conducting interviews in English is must); Experience in hiring for USA market; At least 2 years of experience in recruiting (closing digital positions will be a great advantage); Understanding of the specifics of the American labor market; Interest in YouTube.
