Обязанности: Tech Key Account Manager (API-Clients) Responsibilities: Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients via email, online meetings, and calls, informing them about changes, required enhancements, and updates to the Direct API. Client Integration Support: Provide technical support to clients regarding integration issues through Direct API and various technological platforms (TravelGate, Juniper, Topdog, Technoheaven and others). Client Onboarding: Plan and oversee the timely onboarding of new clients via API, including check-list and processing of certification procedures Integration Monitoring: Monitor the functionality of current integrations for each API client and check effectivity, checking logs Inventory Management: Keep inventory mapping sheets updated for all clients, informing them about the expansion of inventory lists to boost sales. Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes with clients related to errors during online booking creation, ensuring client satisfaction. Requirement Gathering: Collect requirements from clients for Direct API upgrades. Требования: Travel Experience: Prior experience in the travel-tech industry. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP), SQL, and database management. Familiarity with relevant platforms and tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level), capable of effective client interaction and internal coordination. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Team Collaboration: Ability to work within a team, coordinating developers' actions while adhering to requirements and deadlines. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate insights, often using tools like Excel, SQL, or specialized analytics platforms. Proven Experience in a similar role, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar positions.
