The foreign company is a pioneer in the development and operation of next-generation data centers that deliver high density, accelerated computing, and other innovations, with a focus on cooling technologies that efficiently use water, energy, and space. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities for data center construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects meet the required standards, codes, and regulations. The manager will work closely with the project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that the quality of work aligns with the company’s expectations and industry best practices. Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Control: Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and plans for data center construction projects. Establish quality control systems, standards, and specifications to ensure the highest level of compliance. Perform regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure quality benchmarks are being met. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations (ISO, ASHRAE, etc.). Oversee all project documentation, including inspection reports, material tests, and quality records. Review and approve project deliverables to ensure they meet the established quality criteria. Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Evaluate and approve vendors and subcontractors based on their quality management systems. Coordinate with external teams to ensure that materials and workmanship comply with project requirements. Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials received from suppliers. Team Collaboration & Training: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure a unified approach to quality management. Provide training and support to staff and subcontractors on QA/QC protocols. Lead regular QA/QC meetings and audits to assess compliance and address quality issues. Problem Resolution: Identify and address non-conformances, discrepancies, and defects in real time. Propose corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid quality issues.
