Обязанности:
As our Product Manager, you will take part in the development of our main payment product and be responsible for: Creating and launching new features for our payment product and its sub-products to keep us competitive in the fintech market. Conducting feedback sessions to gather insights and refine the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on data and analytics. Working with different teams to identify and implement product improvements that meet market demands and customer needs. What We Expect: Ability to analyze and model business processes with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. Understanding of product development architecture and the ability to dive deep into complex technical details Ability to form clear, actionable, and testable requirements while working closely with IT, Account Managers, Business Development managers, and other related departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex concepts to different stakeholders. Proficiency in handling large data sets with a structured approach to problem-solving. Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of design concepts and user interface design principles with experience in Figma. Proficiency in data analytics, including SQL/JQL. Expertise in business process modeling, optimization, and automation with a background in business or system analysis.
