JOB DESCRIPTION: Define the long term strategy to build a sustainable online business, based on local ecommerce market dynamics and Sneakerbox group principles Lead the development and execution of E-commerce strategy. Overall online Sales business channels strategy by developing annual specific plans to deliver online channel growth Initiate implementing and developing all e-commerce business related systems and platforms such as customization, hybrid app, market place expansion , online, mobile to ensure meeting company business needs Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns Analyze online sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets Take accountability for the P&L for online revenue generation Own, drive and track the relevant target(s), including overall performance and planned sales volumes (annual, monthly, etc) Analyze user feedback and data to enhance customer experience. Increase efficiency and optimize E-commerce operational processes. Manage and support the performance of the E-commerce team. Regularly report to top management and relevant stakeholders. Ensure E-commerce projects are executed within budget and timelines. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years of E-commerce management experience, preferably in a large-scale retail company. Strong knowledge of developing and executing digital marketing strategies. Analytical skills to monitor and report online sales performance. Ability to devise creative solutions to enhance customer experience. Aptitude for optimizing business processes by staying updated on E-commerce trends. Experience with E-commerce platforms and management systems. Strong leadership and team management skills with high motivation and effective communication abilities.
