Organizing sales processes of residency and citizenship services to fulfill the sales plan, namely recruiting and training staff, developing partnerships, initiating marketing activities and execution, attracting agents and clients 2. Fulfillment of the sales plan 3. Working with documents and reports, incl. such inctruments as CRM systems (AMO, Bitrix24), IP telephones Requirements: 1. Higher education (preferable in economic science, finances, commercial education) 2. At least three-year experience in sales of services, preferable immigration and investment consultancy) 3. Strong experience in sales team management 4. English no less then C1 level 5. Developed communicative skills 6. Ability to work with expensive services, high-net and ultra-high-net clients.
