Обязанности:
Main responsibilities: Lead the product launch and train sales teams on key product features and benefits Develop marketing strategy for new product and brand plans that are aligned with overall company goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all departments are working towards the same objectives Plan and execute promotional campaigns that help increase product awareness and knowledge among target customers Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and trends in the pharmaceuticals industry Analyze sales data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed Create and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the industry Monitor competitive activity and gather intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and changes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities. Requirements to a candidate: Higher medical/pharmaceutical education. Successful experience in marketing at least 2 years (Product launch is an advantage, Oncology experience is a must) Fluent English – written and oral Ability to get respect and to succeed in work with Top Opinion Leaders Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, project management Ability to plan and set the priorities, strategic and tactic goals Personally: well-organized, structured, creative, proactive, productive, quick learner, team player Ability to travel Salary&Benefits: Engaging work in an international pharmaceutical company Competitive salary depends on experience and will be discussed individually Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Modern comfortable office located in the city center (m.
