Инновационная платформа компании помогает клиентам оптимизировать свои стратегии управления благосостоянием. Мы ищем опытного Java Back-End Lead Developer для присоединения к команде компании. Удалённая занятость, В2В контракт. Responsibilities:- Lead the back-end development team in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, scalable Java-based systems, leveraging Spring Boot as the primary framework.- Architect and implement robust, high-performance back-end solutions that integrate with our wealth tech platform.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, front-end, and UX) to define and deliver new features.- Ensure back-end systems are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.- Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.- Identify potential technical challenges and proactively design solutions.- Keep up with the latest technologies and trends to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge. Requirements:- 5+ years of full-time experience as a Java Developer, with strong expertise in Spring Boot and other Java frameworks (Hibernate).- Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical decisions. (1+ year)- Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.- Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Strong knowledge of Git and experience with CI/CD tools.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization and performance.Похожие вакансии
