Job description: Analysis and optimization of current operational processes in our own logisticsnetworks, optimization and standardization Cross-functional interaction aimed at developing operationalprocesses and daily solution of emerging bottlenecks, implementation and improvements system improvements Creating a knowledge base on current operational processes and keeping it up to date Development and leadership of lean projects in the area of responsibility, transmission of the lean principle within the team through projects and training activities Monitoring compliance with the deadlines for implementing agreed changes to current processes and introduction of new ones Job requirements: 3+ of years of experience in process management, project management with tracking KPI's (experience in logistics or services is desirable) Knowledge of the concepts and practices of lean manufacturing/management, for example 5S, Kaizen, etc. Confident user of SQL and Excel, ability to analyze operational data forfinding bottlenecks. Knowledge of tools and software for process management. Good level of English/Chinese, strong communication skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills Responsibility, enthusiasm, ownership.
