Обязанности:
Responsibilities : Manage the hub operation & delivery in corresponding regions ( South & Caucasus) , including to door and to points delivery; To launch opening new hubs , set up warehouse process from sctratch if needed; To ensure achieving of established performance indicators, budget management, cost reduction and optimization; Manage the logistic partners performance in the responsible region, development of existing partners in order to expand geography and expand provided services, assessing the quality of partners' work and compliance with established quality standards and delivery deadlines of the company; To prepare of reports on the quality of delivery, implementation of the delivery volume plan, reasons that led to the failure to fulfill plans and submits them to the immediate supervisor and other analytical data and reports directly related to the operational and commercial activities, including indicators of the quality of interaction with partners; To launch new routes, suppliers and services, to launch and lead projects aimed to accelerate existing processes; Team management: setting goals, assessing performance, motivating, evaluating results and managing performance, determining priorities and sequencing of work tasks. Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience in logistic; team management experience from 4 years; Proven experience of opening and managing logistic hubs and/or sorting centers Knowledge of transport logistics and e-commerce logistics principles, experience working with logistic providers ( courier services, transportation companies); Experienced PC user (MS Office package, X-mind, Excel, WMS) English language advanced level, (the level must be sufficient for everyday business communication Knowledge of labor protection rules, fire protection, internal labor regulations Ability to work in an environment of constant change, ready for business trips.
