Обязанности:
Head of QHSE We are currently looking for a strong QHSE leader who will represent and manage quality, occupational health and safety, food safety, environment, and sustainable development of our Company by planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining the corresponding integrated management systems in compliance with the Group QHSE annual plan based on corporate QHSE methods and guidelines. With the focus role in advising Country Manager to establish strong QHSE culture and processes that meet and excel QHSE requirements from all interested parties. RESPONSIBILITES Represent QHSE in all matters, internally and externally. Promote and ensure the transposition and application of all company policies and strategic provisions. Promote QHSE culture among all company employees. Manage and participate in all QHSE programmers and projects. Prepare and submit monthly QHSE reports to Country Manager and to the Group QHSE & SD Director, in based on QHSE Annual Plans requirements. Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all data collected, including key performance indicators. Ensure a risk management approach in all processes at all levels by application of risk awareness, assessment, and operational practices such as job safety analysis and toolbox talks. Ensure effective improvement action plans and respective monitoring, with the concerned process owners to close any pending non-conformities or observations. Obtain and keep the integrity of management system certifications in line with the company certification program and business strategy. Advise all management on local statutory and regulatory QHSE requirements. Coordinate customer satisfaction and handle all customer complaints and awards. Establish, promote, and maintain effective and formal communication and coordination with clients. Coordinate, deliver and report on customer QHSE management plans and programs. Ensure emergency preparedness, business continuity and response plans are planned and implemented. Drive monitoring and verification programs which includes periodic inspections, internal and external audits, internal and external food test plans. Manage incidents and non-conformities by effective investigation and corrective action planning. Periodically attend safety meetings within all departments and with the customer whenever possible. Foresee document control, record keeping and change management. Prepare and share incident alerts and reports. Carry out reviews of current work practices on all locations. Monitor the performance of the QHSE team members and provide any support when required. Drive and coordinate nutrition and wellness activities. Promote and drive initiatives of sustainable development in coordination with local authorities, communities, and management. Manage the QHSE performance of sub-contractors and suppliers. REQUIREMENTS Higher and relevant degree 10+ years’ working experience in a similar position preferable in HoReCa Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills (you will manage 30+ employees of QHSE function ) Experience in remote sites would be an added value Knowledge of HACCP Experience of training QHSE disciplines Audit and/or inspections experience Certifications on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and ISO 22000 would be an advantage Quality, HSE and/or Food Safety certificates English - Advanced Good computer skills of Microsoft Office applications Management systems auditor would be an added value Experience Ready for business trip up to 30% of work Strong management skills, self- resistant, able to work in isolated conditions and environment Good interpersonal skills, strong adaptability, proactive attitude.
