Обязанности:

We are looking for IT Service manager. A service management manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of a IT service organization. This includes everything from building the right support team and developing a strategy for revenue and expense management. Objectives: The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that the services provided to customers are delivered reliably, stable, comfort and cost-effectively. In addition, this role helps to coordinate the activities of all other service providers and ensure that there is effective communication between them. It may also be responsible for analyzing performance and recommending improvements where necessary.This role makes sure that all IT Service Management processes, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets. Responsibilities: • Negotiating Service Level Agreements and ensuring that these are met. • Delivering service within the agreed service levels. • Monitoring and reporting on service levels. • Ensures continual service improvement of the teams services • Create and build relationships with key business stakeholders • Provides local/global application support • Leading a team of technical specialists or an internal support unit • Develop reports, workflows, scripts, and complex queries within various enterprise service management software tools • Develop enterprise class monitoring and event management integrations and triggers to a single view and alerting channels • Support and maintain service management software tool versions and patches • Support and maintain IT configuration management databases, and integrate federated data to a holistic configuration management system • Develop service dependency maps through physical and logical configuration item relationships • Support and deliver IT operational processes manually and through task automation tools Qualifications for IT service management • Understanding of ITIL concepts and methodology • Desire and ability to stay abreast of current and emerging technologies and apply them appropriately to business challenges • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in the IT field • ITIL certifications as a plus We offer: Competetive salary Work in the professional and friendly team Opportunity to develop skills ans competencies Flexible or fully remote work
