Temporary role Responsibilities • Monthly OpEx closing process involvement (IFRS standards); Reporting the data to the Group via TM1 system • Monthly detailed analysis/comments preparation per Cost centers, types of expenditures; comparison versus Budget, Last Year, etc.; • Budget holders (BHs) support; monthly revisions of YTD/YTG with BHs; • Ad-hoc reports, business projects involvement. • Involvement in the internal and external audit (responsible zone only); • Yearly budget and stratigic plan preparation; Forecast twice per year; • Active involvement in stabilization process of new ERP system integration; accounting metodology check; masterdata processing; participation in trainings for the BHs/users; • P2P (procurement to payment) process participation as controlling function. Job experience Working experience in large international companies in Finance department, in Big 4 auditing companies Education High education in Finance, informational systems in economics. Skills Multitasking, working with the high quality and meeting deadlines, working autonomously and able to set tasks/ask for a help in case of necessity. Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Able to work with different tools/easily trained (1C ERP, TM1, Qlik Sense - as an advantage). Languages English (Upper Intermediate); french (as an advantage) Personal qualities Communicative, attentive to the details, able to work under the pressure, initiative.
