Main job responsibilities: Support of all digital CRM tools for Retail and Ecom channels; Coordination with Central team (English or/and French is a must); Mindbox released and fully operational; Regular coordination with other dpts (logistics, brand marketing, forecasting, business analysis, data, retail); Participation in coordination with Retail teams, presentation of digital tools, Q&A in terms of need; Elaboration of newsletters guidelines and scripts for Retail teams and stores. Requirements: Higher education: as a plus - marketing, economics; Previous experience: min 3-5 years; Fluent English is a must (French is a plus); MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Fluent user of the digital platform Mindbox; Good communication, excellent literacy, analytical skills; Results oriented, creative, proactive, team-player.
