For our Client we are looking for a HR Administration specialist. What kind of candidate are we looking for? Higher Education in HR or relevant professional courses will be an advantage Upper-Intermediate English is a must Not less than 2 years of experience in HR, advanced user of 1C ЗУП 8.3, confident Excel knowledge (diagrams, pivot tables) Knowledge of Russian labor legislation and process of labor documentation Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills Good analytical skills Ability to clearly and patiently explain HR processes and procedures to employees at various organizational levels both in writing and verbally Initiative, responsible, team player Whar are tasks and responsibilities? Labor documentation proceeding (employement, resignations, sick leaves,vacations, etc) Ensure fulfuillment of corporate HR policies Participation in HR projects (on-boarding, adaptation) What do we provide?
