About our client Our client is an ambitious and rapidly growing company operating in the iGaming industry. They are looking for proactive professionals with deep industry knowledge, player psychology insights, and an understanding of emerging trends to strengthen their team. In this role, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in creating and executing a multi-year plan to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth by securing new partnerships and optimizing existing relationships. Our client is results-driven and focused on long-term success. They are looking for a professional with a strong iGaming background who can establish strategic partnerships and achieve measurable results through data analysis and creative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a long-term business development strategy to expand our footprint in the iGaming industry. Secure new partnerships and manage high-value accounts to drive revenue growth. Optimize existing business relationships to ensure long-term success and mutual profitability. Analyze iGaming market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry shifts. Engage with internal stakeholders to present strategic business plans and deliver actionable insights for decision-making. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that address market needs. Negotiate complex deals and contracts with key industry players, ensuring the company’s best interests are upheld. Regularly meet with offshore team members, clients, and potential partners to build rapport and strengthen business relationships. Monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory changes within the iGaming industry to identify new business opportunities. Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business processes, drive innovation, and achieve company objectives. Requirements: Over 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the iGaming industry. Deep knowledge of the iGaming landscape, including game providers, operators, and regulatory environments. Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Expertise in market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights and create strategic plans. Strong organizational, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve alignment and drive initiatives forward. Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams, including product, marketing, and engineering teams. Willingness to travel for meetings with offshore teams, clients, and potential partners. Knowledge of software engineering, technological trends, and the software development lifecycle is a plus. Prior experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, or extreme programming is a plus.
