Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with project goals. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts). Manage contractors for creative and video production. Build strategies to grow organic audiences, achieving millions of views. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels. Track and analyze social media performance. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, product launches, and creative content. Ensure cohesive messaging with other marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative approaches to stay ahead. Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams for cohesive strategies. Partner with influencers and other projects for collaborations and cross-promotions. Requirements: Experience in social media management, preferably within the creative industry. Experience in Tier 1 countries is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze metrics and create detailed reports. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
