Обязанности:
A large international company requires Assistant Korean Business Manager. Responsibilities: Report preparation for HQ (prepare weekly/monthly status report by CIS subsidiaries, prepare materials and respond to other requests); Prepare statistical/analytical reports on HR/GA issues and visualize data; Participate in the preparation and implementation of intercom events that are within the responsibility of the HR (presentation preparing); Korean BM/HQ guests support; Overall coordination and support for Korean BM/local employees/HQ guests; GA related issue (accommodation/vehicle/cargo/medical issues, etc.); Immigration (Visa/medical examination/work permit, etc.). Requirements: Higher education; Korean and English language Upper-intermediate or higher; Excellent user of MS Word, Power point, Excel; Experience in Korean company prefer; Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment.
