Xapads is looking for a hands-on business development professional who can drive our sales pipeline and ultimately close deals, both via agencies and brands direct. You’ll be the face and spokesperson for Xapad’s advertising platform Xerxes – an ultimate solution for mobile user acquisition. Responsibilities: Manage sales pipeline and sales activities via CRM and through daily communication. Prospect, qualify and close new revenue-generating advertisers and agencies; Build new business pipelines and develop effective relationships with senior key client contacts; Cultivate enduring relationships with agencies, clients and other third-party decision influencers; Coach advertisers and agencies on the many opportunities in advertising within Xapads; Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in AdTech/MarTech sales, online publishers, ad network, DSP, digital agency or other advertising sales roles; Extensive network in the advertising industry in Russia, CIS and/or Eastern Europe; Strong communication skills and track record of closing new business opportunities and engaging with senior stakeholders; Motivated by a fast-growing and agile environment, passionate about AdTech and digital marketing; Fluent Russian.
